As a business driver, Cristina draws on well over a decade of experience in various account management and client development positions. Among her previous roles, she spent time as an account manager at Cendant and as an assistant vice president at CitiGroup. During Cristina's tenure, she developed accounts such as ExxonMobil, Choice Hotels, Budget Rent a Car and Alamo Rent a Car. Cristina enjoys developing customized programs, helping her clients reach new markets and deepen current ones. In addition to account management, Cristina brings perspective on culturally diverse opportunities as a professional with multinational experience and bilingual fluency. Cristina received her Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Education from University of Texas at Arlington. She loves spending time with her three children and volunteering at their school, traveling with family, and volunteering at her local Dallas animal rescue.
Colin started in the DAA call center as a customer services rep. Nine months later, he was promoted to a team lead. Colin feels his light-hearted demeanor is one of his greatest assets. He enjoys the camaraderie of the Driven Solutions team and uses his outgoing personality to ask the rights questions and get the best answers. As a Client Manager, he makes sure his clients have a seamless transition and a go-to guy if there is ever an issue that needs sorting out. Colin is an avid sportsman. He enjoys golfing, squash and snowboarding in the mountains.
A UNT graduate, Kevin joined Driven Solutions back in 1994. With over 25 years of client management experience under his belt, he brings our team deep experience in P&L and project management. Before joining Driven Solutions, Kevin held similar positions at Sprint, Associates First Capital and Citigroup. A former competitive swimmer, Kevin stays focused at solving the problem at hand. He loves swimming laps, interfacing with clients, and avoiding people who speak in acronyms.
Gail brings the Driven Solutions team years of client relations experience. She has worked in a wide array of business sectors: insurance, telecom and membership service industries. Her resume includes names like Citi, MCI Worldcom and American Health and Life. Gail attended Oklahoma State and Central State universities where she learned the importance of tenacity and sound logic. As a client manager, she loves to customize and develop new programs that help her clients grow. Gail enjoys camping, hiking, reading crime novels and watching her son play baseball.
Chris received his degree in organizational psychology from University of North Texas. Since that time, he has been putting this expertise to work managing transitions and implementations for his clients at Driven Solutions. Before joining the Driven Solutions team, Chris worked in sales and marketing at Harley-Davidson aftermarket and before that was an emergency response coordinator for a multinational train derailment services company. Chris’ thorough, conscientious approach to client management has won him the respect of his clients and coworkers alike. When Chris isn’t busy problem solving for his clients, he likes to be on his motorcycle enjoying the open road.
