This membership is available to all who are residents of the United States.
Your membership is effective immediately upon successful authorization of your credit card. You will have access to all services and benefits at that time. Your membership materials, including program information, important toll-free numbers and your membership card, will be mailed to you upon successful authorization of your credit card. Please allow 10 – 14 business days for arrival.
If you select a monthly membership, you may cancel at any time and receive a full refund of your current month’s paid membership fee. For an annual membership, you may cancel at any time and you’ll receive a prorated refund of the unused portion of your then-current year’s membership fee.
Simply call the toll-free number on your membership card. A Roadside Service Customer Service Representative is available to help you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As a member, you are not responsible for payment of any cost of service, except for parts or services not covered by this program.
Your membership covers you in any non-commercial, private passenger vehicle you own, rent, or lease—excluding RVs, motorcycles, motor homes, duallies, trailers, or trucks over one-ton capacity.
Yes, Driven Solutions Motor Club is a family membership which covers the member, spouse, and all other licensed drivers in your family, including children up to age 21, residing at the member’s address.
Driven Solutions Motor Club is serviced by United States Auto Club, Motoring Division, Inc. which has a network of more than 8,000 towing providers and 2,000 locksmiths—each certified, uniformed, and on-call 24 hours a day. Emergency Roadside Service providers and locksmiths are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of United States Auto Club, Motoring Division, Inc.
As a Driven Solutions Motor Club member, you have no restrictions on where you can be towed—to your home, a dealership, your favorite mechanic—the choice is yours. You are covered up to your benefit allowance of $125 per incident.
The $125 allowance DOES NOT cover:
- Key replacement
- Fuel (over 2 gallons)
- Tire repair or replacement
- Rental of towing equipment
- Storage fees
- Labor costs for repairs performed at the disablement site, garage, and service facility
- Any form of impound towing or towing by someone other than a licensed service station or garage
- Assistance from a private citizen
Your membership DOES cover:

- Flat tire changes
- Lockout service
- Fuel delivery
- Emergency travel assistance reimbursement
- Destination assistance reimbursement
Our Emergency Service Dispatch is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Custom Trip Routing Packet can provide you with personalized, easy-to-follow maps, helpful phone numbers, driving information, points of interest, and other useful tips to make your travel efficient and enjoyable. Please allow two to three weeks for regular, first-class postal delivery. Expedited mail service is also available at an additional charge.
Our Expert Opinion Hotline provides you with a second opinion on automotive service or repair estimates. Simply call the toll-free number listed in your membership handbook to get a referral to a qualified facility, or talk with an ASE-Certified Master Technician about these services or proposed cost estimates.
With this valuable benefit, you are eligible to be reimbursed up to $100 for defense costs associated with traffic tickets. This is a benefit of the Family Plus Plan. There is a limit of two uses per year, per membership. This benefit is not available in Alabama.
